Terms of Use:

1. Introduction

This agreement governs the use of software developed by Quantum Edge Informatics UG ("the Company") based on customer needs or demand. By ordering to build software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

Anyone of legal age can order to build software. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Company retains ownership and all intellectual property rights of the software and related materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the software or related materials without the Company's prior written consent.

4. Liability

The Company does not take software liability but provides servers to the client if they need. The Company is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use or inability to use the software. You acknowledge and agree that you use the software at your own risk.

5. Free Service

The Company provides one year of free service after building software for the client. After the free service period ends, the client may opt to continue using the service by paying the agreed-upon fees.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the courts of Germany.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement and the provision of the software to you if you breach any of the terms of this agreement.

8. Privacy Policy

The Company's privacy policy and data protection provisions can be found at Privacy Policy. By using the software, you agree to the terms of the privacy policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the software for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You may not modify, adapt, or hack the software or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the software or related systems.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the software or your breach of this agreement.

By using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the software.
